Just a thought..... what Irwin has done is not the style of either Lassonde or McEwen. None of the directors proposed by Rosseau et al appear, at least to me, to have any connections with either of these two informed and well seasoned and respected veterans of the Canadian mining industry. The fact that RN, himself in the same league as these two gentlemen, proposed a reasonable alternative to the structure of the BOD, which was rejected outright by Irwin, tell me that these two gentlemen may be having serious thoughts about aligning themselves with the Rosseau et al camp. However, I don't know if any companies associated with these two gentlemen have Rosseau et al as a significant investor.

Hope I am right and on the money too.
