I am only slightly settled from my rant this morning, but I offer this explanation for John Harvey's resignation from FWR due to conflict of interest ... especially when he is not named to the board of Noront at this AGM

Perhaps he is ready to step into the position of President in place of Nemis, and then Nemis can stay on as CEO. Harvey could then be appointed to the Board at a later date one year from now or when Nemis retires.

This has been a long battle, yet all posters seem to be fresh and ready to continue the fight. We have 24 hours to make this happen folks. Tommorrow is our last 'safe' day to vote.
