I just got off the phone with Georgeson to talk about the challenges I had with obtaining a white proxy form. I had received the original package of financial statements and AGM materials from Noront, as well as the yellow form from Rosseau.

The gentlemen mentioned that Noront has sent out several proxy forms to all shareholders to ensure that they have a form. The key is to ensure that all shareholders have an opportunity to vote.

He was surprised that I had not received any of the newly sent out proxy white forms. I told him I lived in Canada and if that made any difference and he said it would not as the forms are sent to the broker who sends them out.

I remember seeing a post a week ago from someone who had trouble getting a proxy card from CIBC. I mentioned this to Georgeson who will follow up to see if there is any discrepancies with the delivery of these additional notices from CIBC.

IF YOU HOLD YOUR NORONT SHARES AT CIBC, please send me a private message letting me know the following:

1) Have you received a white proxy without asking? If so, appromimately when?

2) Have you received any of the additional white proxy forms that were sent out? If so, approximately when?

I do not want to cause an ocean of bullboard replies as there are important messages to keep others reading, but I would like to see if there is more than a coincedence with a CIBC mailout or lack of as I agree with Georgeson that "there is a lot at stake here".

I will update the board as to the summarized results of respones to my two questions.
