I don't see how it is possible to know before the agm. It wouldn't surprise me if some of the unscrupulous or even the saavy NOTskies saved their vote for the day of the agm which could turn the tables. I think it is likely to be a "down to the wire event" unless NOT is privy to the current tally and it happens to be 51% of the total outstanding shares. Wouldn't that be nice.... but I don't think NOT would publish this until the appropriate time at the AGM as it could be interpreted as material information to the movement of the sp.
