Rosseau's claim of having control over 30% of the vote was based on some backers: Genuity, Pinetree, Sprott, Lassonde, McEwen...if any of these guys (especially Lassonde, McEwen and Sprott to a lesser extent) saw the writting on the wall, they will want to keep their images clean and not be subject to the embarrestment of a proxy defeat and the wrath of retail shareholders. They would of called Rosseau and pulled their support leaving Rosseau knowing he is dead in the water!!
