Right on, of course the proxy fight has caused a lot of trouble for both Noront and we retail shareholders. Bet some of those phone calls to retail holders who only look at the shares every few months prompted some to just sell at market today.

No logic, no rational for sellilng just out and out panic 'I want out' today and buyers just dropping the offer to make a killing over the recover that will come.
