I had a very lengthy conversation with Mr Irwin yesterday AM. If anyone has concerns about how they should have voted,I would suggest they do the same. I indicated that I was not really up to speed on most matters regarding Noront, and there were several outright untruths that came from the conversation.

The one thing that I do not understand, and maybe he didn't consider, is why did he raise this proxy thing anyway. I would think he would know that with 30% of the votes locked up he could walk into the AGM and vote against the present board and win hands down. By spending a huge amount of his followers money he incited an event that has been unmatched in todays market. He has allowed the common retail investor to exercise their united power under Agoracom's flag, and this could become the standard in the future marketplace.
