8,894,450 votes for Richard and the current board.

One small retail investor is able to tell you that he has confirmed that many votes against you. NOW CHOKE on your arrogant a$$ and go away.

Further, if you would like to sell your shares for 20 cents I have contacted enough people that would be happy to take them off your hands and hold for the long term.(no shortage of dry powder for us retail investors. Please feel free to pm me and we can strike a deal. No sense you holding on to a worthless company
