Excellent letter Lar, looks like you put more then just a little time into this. It clearly shows how Rosseau's Dissident Proxy Circular has been carefully written to misrepresent the facts and mislead shareholders.

Considering what Polylabel has indicated '”Due to misleading and untrue statements in the solicitation of proxy's we hereby, at this point, cancel the AGM until corrections can be made.” It sure helps to get your ducks in a row in the event this type of tactic is needed.
