Generally a very good post, as usual, but this part?:

"And we all know "good help is hard to find.""

Well, good help is somewhat difficult to find - true enough, if left all on it's own.

But, Good Managers are very often very capable of attracting the best of the very GOOD HELP that is available.

We have already seen this with Noront Resources!

So, WHY WOULD THIS NOW SUDDENLY CHANGE?

Just an important thought I have.
