Come on, Guys: He said financing would be done with equity.

Equity financing means exactly that. Money obtained by giving equity. Equity means a part of the company. Anyone who has been in business and has had to raise capital understands the term.

To raise this amount of cash though should be easy, once a bit more is proven. A major would have little problem backing a loan for 170 mill as we would probably get half of it back from the Ontario Govt. I could see them offering 100 mill for 10% with the remainder coming as a grant of some sort. And suddenly we are back in business with our SP.
