There is no question that Agoracom has changed the dynamics of investing. Over at SPQ the Board of Directors attempted to do a reverse split of our stock - we knew that it would not be good for the retail investor so we took action. While we did not organize to the extent the NOT retail did - we nevertheless sent the word through Agoracom for the retail to vote the action down. We won. Given the boiling market since there is absolutely no doubt we did the right thing - we would have been devestated had it gone through.

As a new shareholder of NOT I tip my hat to you all. I am waiting with anticipation to Tuesday for the results. GLTA
