I was assuming that the vote was for the vision of the current board.. but its more detailed than that;

Election of Directors
To elect as directors of the Company the seven individuals identified as management’s proposed nominees in the accompanying management information circular of the Company.

So you are correct that we voted for the ones mentioned in the circular and not the ones who are presented now.
