looks like we didn't have the votes to defeat Rosseau , yet we probably had enough to make it a tight race, and Rosseau sure as heck didn't want to piss off any more folks by forcing Richard and his team out, at the AGM. Must have been quite a weekend of discusions and IMHO the compromise was probably Richard handing them his head. He ends up with a "nothing" title and no control over his beloved company.

As retail shareholders you have to ask yourself what rights we really have. If ever we get faced with this again, maybe the answer is not to vote with the slate but to give the shares over to our own representative to vote on our behalf. Any bets as to how long before this new board puts forward another PP and start to look for buyers for the assets.

I doubt we're going to see anywhere near the $20 that we thought it was worth, hell we'll be lucky if we see $5 with this crowd in control.

I was going to the AGM now whats the sense.
