If it wasn't for all the calls made and the organization that this forum provides there is no way that we would have this board that has been brought to us. This must have been a very close vote or possibly even in Richards favor for Rouseau to agree to this. It might of been so close that neither management team wanted to risk the outcome. We all owe Glorieux and ALL of the other voulenteers a great thanks because without this effort I believe we would be looking a lot sadder come Tuesday afternoon and most likely a lot poorer in the very near future. Now we put all this proxy fight behind us and move on as a NEW team with Richard wealth of knowledge and experience as well as our new members assets there at every turn to guide us through the difficult times ahead. I just hope we get to at least wake Crazydick up soon!!!
