Always the voice of reason, d12, your posts continue to be informative and thought-provoking. The agreed board, however, IS lop-sided in favour of the dissidents (the "R" word again) and that is the reality of the situation. Obviously there is an agenda but whether it is positive for ALL shareholders only time will tell. Until I see something of a positive and substantial benefit to this agreement, I can't help but feel undermined by the people we trusted most. This forum really needs to hear something from RN and sooner, not later.
