I wish I could be as positive as some here but I have reservations about this backroom deal. The dissidents (I puke every time I hear or see the "R" word) will have three of their picks on board, a say in two others, a say in the to-be-chosen CEO, while the current board gets one guy and a say in two others and the new CEO. Guess what way the board is going to swing on any controversial issues in the future? You got it!!!
