It looks like we may have lost the proxy vote by looking at the new board composition.
The proposed slate isn`t really a copromise at all. The news release has Nemis resigning, Novak ,Graham and Bryce withdrawing and NOT nominees Stekel and Blancflower resigning after the AGM "election"and being replaced by Rousseau nominees Blasutti and Walsberg.
The net result is the Rousseau board minus Woolcombe with the addition of Parisotto from the Nemis slate.
I think they wanted to prevent a nasty board meeting when Richard realized that he would lose the proxy vote.
This is purely my personal take on the NR.
