You will NOT lose your shares in Noront with a name change. Many companies change their name to better reflect the business as it changes over time. You would get a share for share excange and lose nothing. This new group is not doing this to lose money. They believe they can do a better job and had enough support to effect this change. I'd rather have stayed with the old board, but let's see what these birds can do. It isn't going to be easy in these markets so we need everyone to work together. I think both sides know this, so I am hopeful.
