You are perfectly right in saying that Rosseau is good at getting a fast deal and that this is the worst time in finacial history to make a deal. Therein lies the problem. I would have rather mothballed it and waited for a more opportune time to get the bigger payoff. Prove up the resource more and get $20.00 plus. What you are saying does not make sense, other then it is a done deal and lets make the best of it.
