To start with, let me say that this compromise board is probably the best outcome of the fight that is possible. If it had gone right down to the wire and we had to determine a winner and a loser, when the vote was going to be close, would have meant an ongoing battle and we would spend the next year fighting it, rather than increasing share value.

The above having been said, the common shareholder is still left out in the cold. Everyone voted for either one slate or the other, but in the end they are valueless. The only votes that are going to count are the votes that are cast at the meeting,and even the ones who gave RN the right to vote for them will now have that vote cast as someone else sees fit.

All I know is that hopefully now we are all on the same page. Lets get this SP back to where it should be.
