I agree SBJC; when the proxy fight reared its ugly head everyone pulled together to fight the beast. We took the high road with everyone pulling together...with Glorieux's leadership we added credibility to the shareholder's plight.

We have to maintain our excellent shareholder relationship and maintain the credibility already established....but, we can't let our guard down. That doesen't mean we have to get down in the mouth or try to drag the BOD thru the mud. Lets just pull together again and keep their feet to the fire.

As I said in the response to Geoprof, we should establish a 'shadow' board and make sure they know we are still here. I have alot invested in this play and doing something stupid at this point is not wise in my opinion!!!
