QUESTIONS AT THE AGM

I would like to make a few suggestions, as probably would you all, for questions to be asked at tomorrow's AGM.

Have discussions taken place with third parties re acquiring/investing in NOT's Windfall property, and if the answer is positive, then what is the status of the negotiations/discussions?
What is NOT's present financial situation, and is/will be there any attempt to decrease the burn rate?
Are there any conflicts of interest amongst the proposed members of the new BOD or major shareholders?
