Think what you like of him, this comment of Irwin's rang true for me:

"...look up any company with a MC of 130M and try to find one with the caliber of directors that we will now have."

Three of these directors were Richard's picks (as he told Gloreiux last night):

"The three directors from Noront were his personal picks. Paul Parisotto was already on the board and is very respected. The two new directors were in final discussions already to join the board. These three directors are very strong directors who will do what is right for every shareholder in Richard's words."

They are on NOT's board because NOT's future is exceptional and world class (as Glorieux paraphrased Richard Nemis last night):

"He did tell me to hold onto my shares. He said that the geology up there is exceptional, like Sudbury 150 years ago, we are no where near done finding barn burning deposits!"
