Fantastic,

But I think the way this played out was, it was considered so close by top management before the AGM that a compromise was arranged in the event that the cmpany could have been lost. But in actuality had it been left Rousseau and co would have been left out in the cold. So close that at 4 am , they decided to play it safe and give 3 seats to the other guys.

Hind sight is always 20/20,
