73.9% of shares were voted. (Great turnout hats off to Frank, volunteers and Agoracom)

Richard’s Special thanks:

Elaine for 35 years of service.

John Harvey for drilling that first hole.

Retail shareholders and referenced Agoracom as king.

We refused to allow Rouseau to have control.

We won (hesitate) we got the best of a bad world.

This new board will bring NOT to the next level.

Be assured that this was RN’s decision and what is best for NOT.
