In the meantime, we can, in fact, form a legal association with bylaws, meetings, etc., assign our votes to same, elect officers and then do our own dissident proxy challenge next go round.

I hope none of that will be necessary, as I believe Richard said we won, sort of and that he was very happy with the quality of the board.
