I stand corrected the 7th member is the CEO.

Richard and Mr parrasitto were adamant that this would be an independant non partisan person.

We will have to watch and see.

Something else I should have mentioned. This idea of retail nominating an independant board member is not so far fetched. Perhaps an Investor liason position on the board, retail sitting on for retail. A couple of us discussed this today and it may be a possibility.
