Glorieux - I clicked on your post, in agreement of banding together to accomplish whatever we can do. However, in terms of thwarting a future Private Placement, I don't know how much we can do in that regard. I believe it is within the discretion of the Board of Directors (without having to put it to a vote of the shareholders) to do a Private Placement. I know that we could communicate our desires not to do such a Private Placement to the 3 Directors that RN chose, in hopes that they would vote against such a Private Placement. But I do not know of much else we could do. Do you have any other ideas?
