Need for a PP

As work on Windfall has come to a halt also the burnrate has gone down. In my opinion this means that continuing like they have been doing they should last the next 12 months.

I understand that there is a point in time to consider another PP but not at this price level.

There is no urgent need to do it now.
From here we cant go that much lower. So if needed in the future we can do it anyway without losing that much extra.

A pp at a symbolic 1,- or a 0,60 screws us up both ways
So if the board decides to do a PP now we know where we stand.
