Just thinking out loud here....

This is all just my opinion (JMO), but I think there's a real good reason for the hush, hush, in recent weeks. Besides the proxy vote going on, I mean.

We've been talking about a Windfall spinoff and a TSX listing for McFaulds, but maybe this is on the table as we speak. Maybe it was on the table before the proxy vote, but was put on hold until it was over.

I know, that's already two maybe's and I've barely got started. Here's another one then, maybe Windfall will become partnered with a major, in a new company. That has been suggested here, with Barrick, if I'm NOT mistaken.

It makes sense to break WF away from DE. Let WF survive on the major's buy in money and the bulk samples, while proving up the resource.

It's been stated that WF operations will be stepping back and NOT will be assessing what they've done and have, through assays, etc., before going forward. I'm thinking this may mean, until we have spun WF off from DE and DE is on the TSX.

And that's why I say that I'll bet the next step is to get that application to the TSX, to start the ball rolling. This is JMO and could be classified as a wild guess, certainly another 'maybe' anyways.

I know, maybees are for the flowers. Hah ! Get it, bees, flowers....okay nevermind that...

Anyways, I was just thinking out loud. Probably means nothing and I'm way off.
