I too want us to give management a chance. I also like the idea of giving Richard Nemis my votes or at least letting him be our spokesperson. This is one way of keeping the odds in our favor. If they are doing well he will vote with them. As I recall in a previous post he agreed to do that. (I am not sure about the voting but at least to be our spokesperson.)

It doesn't really matter what we think about a PP. If the board wants it they will do it. They have all the facts. I am not sure there is a major ready to do a buy in. If there were I would think the board would consider this. One of the things that bother me is the fact it does not appear any major is trying to accumulate shares. When Genuity started buying we had some good price action. If I was an interested major I would be accumulating at these prices and still be willing to do a buy in. Of course I am not sure it would be legal for them to accumulate since they have a non disclosure agreement. Does anybody know if it would be legal. If it is not I will sleep better. Unless we are able to sell Windfall for cash or some other property, I think we may have to do a PP in order to have the money to prove up what we think is there. Then the majors will be jockeying for position. This is why I stay long on this stock.

Please do not take a leave, we need you.

Goldfinger
