You need to make a very clear distinction between the Dissident Hedgies and EVERYONE ELSE, including the BoD. All the BoD. We after all are the Supporters of the Company and the Professional Staff. The Dissident Hedgies are detractors of the Company and the Professional Staff.

There is a very big difference. We appreciate a VERY WELL RUN and PROFESSIONAL Company. The Dissident Hedgies make misleading statements and work behind the scene to couse fear and doubt which hurts the Share Price. they do this for their own individual GREEDY GAIN, to the detriment of EVERYONE ELSE.

Thus, there needs to be this VERY CLEAR DISTINCTION BETWEEN ALL SHARE HOLDERS, PROFESSIONAL STAFF and New BoD as compared to them, the DISSIDENT HEDGIES.

PS: The JV's are ALL in Place now as well, With their funding we will see further decrease in the Noront BURN RATE. The JV Partners will also be contributing both their Cash and their Shares to our Coffers, which will both further ENHANCE Noront Resources, OUR COMPANY, Financially and with respect to CONTROL of the PRIME Exploration Properties through out the entire area.
