I think you are correct Helium.

I am also very sure Richards team has had numerous discussions with the new guys prior to the proxy(and since) to make sure that everyone has the same goals and the best ways to achieve those goals for NOT.......This is why Richard is so confident in going forward and is trying to reassure us.

THE POTENTIAL HAS NOT CHANGED !!! This is what we cannot forget.
