Last word on Private placement for me. I know I can go and buy more shares in the open market, anyone can, god knows I have done this over and over again with NOT to average up and down. The reason to get in on a PP is that you get to add to your holdings thru the PP which stops your share value from being dilluted when others participate in a PP and you don't. There is usally an added advantage or an option to buy more shares via warrants at a later date at a set price. Which can be significantly lower then market value.

"Private placements offer "units", where a "unit" is (again, typically) comprised of 1 common share and one-half or one warrant. The warrant is usually good for buying 1 common share at a specified price and has a validity period. An example would be a unit that includes one-half a warrant, where one whole warrant is good for purchasing 1 common share at 56 cents in the 24 months following the private placement closing."

I have enough shares already and don't want any more on the open market. I just don't want to see my investment nickeled and dimed to death by a PP that I can't participate in if I choose too.Why should others have an advantage over me, my money is as good as anyone elses. Should be a fair playing feild, which historically it has not been due to all the institutional investors and their big bucks. Now with better communication and unity we can participate in these investment veichles/stratigies and I for one, like that idea. Times are a changing.
