When Richard was there, I thought the news to shut down Windfall exploration for the winter was to come down the market, Rosseau and others that was the money to go in the ROF only.

I was expecting (and still now) a spin-off in a new ROF company and the old NOT. ORF could than go on it'S oun and Windfall too.

Now with Richard steping down, I don't know what to think ! I still believe that a spin-off could be good for shareholders.

One thing that will help soon, is the TSX listing. With the 43-101 of DE1 in hand and the fact that the TSX requirements are less now, I expect to jump there in near future. We will have new investors able to buy our stock. Bring on the assays news after the TSX !!!!!!
