While Golfing With a NOT Buddy Yesterday....

What a gorgeous day it was. Maybe the best weather day I've played golf on, for the entire year. And on November 5th ! And the Caledon Golf Course where the NOT Golf was held this year), was in the best shape I've seen all year long. Just fantastic. And on November 5th ! Our falls are getting longer and our winters, shorter, it seems.

Anyways....sorry bout that, so I was telling my NOT buddy that he was right about the fact that the SP would stay below a dollar for a while, after the AGM. I also said to him that I still thought I'd get at least $20 a share at some point, through spin off, buyout or whatever.

He scoffed at that and said, take your cash at $5.00. I hit a shot into trees....."No way", I said. "Windfall alone, may end up being worth that".

Then I had back to back birdies on # 5 & 6 and was feeling good. And NOT just about the golf. I am confident that I'm a lot closer, in my estimations, than my NOT buddy is. The ore is still there and they keep finding more. Lots more. We are now at the point where some of the values are being calculated (Eagle One, Windfall), with the Blackbirds on the horizon.

The SP must've been going down when I reached hole # 15..... but that's another story.....
