That's great news Inca. In this tmie of slowing economic growth its great to see a country pro-active with respect to development. We all know that China is very much a non-democratic society, however they also see the opportunity for econonomic growth using fiscal responsiblity at this time. Materials are cheaper as well as fuels. That can only be a good thing when country's want to expand within their boundaries and push with infill development to clean up areas that have fallen to the rats.

This is definately great news. It should light a fire under the market over the short term. We need more countries working to increase development projects so that everyone gains rather than just the financial institutions that always seem to find a way to grab up the goverments cash stash.

I guess we'll see the results of the news as things unfold. They'll have to do a lot of spending to get this stuff done by the end of 2010. That's a pretty tall order and has to stimulate world manufacturing and materials supplies at the least, and that is always good news for Noront shareholders.
