The only positive I can find about this placement is that there are no warrants attached as a sweetener, which is very common in junior mining financing.

This will prevent future dumping of the placement shares in order to exercise warrants.

The fact that warrants aren't attached tells me that someone feels the deal is very sweet on it's own.

Also the finders fee is lower than usual, I believe. Someone could correct me on that.

That's all I can come up with.
