We do not need to guy out any other Company in the Area. We Can not afford to dilute OUR Company to pick up much less valuable property just because the other companies may not survive on their own!

If this thing somejow manages to go through the new BoD better have a PERFECT PLAN in place already. Likely it will be the Former BoD PLAN, but what ever is don, it best be in the interest of ALL Share Holders!

Otherwise this may never make it out of Court!
