Irish just sent me Lar's response to the post and it makes sense.

As I understand it, any shareholder with greater than 10% of the shares in any company has to file quarterly reports about their exact holding/changes in the quarter. Rosseau Asset Management reported that they just fell below 10%, so they will no longer be reporting on their holdings in Temex. I think that's all there is to it.
