Was just going to mention this, Franter, but you beat me to it. Could be part of a master plan to drill with new funds, and do some land aquisition with other funds. Remains to be seen.

Not real happy with dilute, but hope that BOD actually does have a plan less sinister than being suggested.

Eternal optimist here also, albeit with a sore bum and no quarter in hand.
