I firmly believe the proceeds from this PP will be used to expand our territory. In the near future claims will be dumped by companies who need cash to survive. This is a perfect opportunity to pick up properties for next to nothing. A few days ago I was talking to David P. At Probe and he too is actively looking at increasing his PRB’s land position. He was upbeat about the whole situation and talked about great opportunities brought on by the current market. I think NOT will buy as much land as possible before involving a major in the deal. From what I heard the majors are waiting to see what the landscape looks like once the dust has settled. I keep thinking about Richard’s comment, “we will own 80% of the ROF”. How?
