The individual I spoke to wished not to be identified but answered in a reception capacity. All others were out at the time.

There is no knowledge as to whether there is an intended N.R. outlining further details of the PP

The PP is being handled by IBK and there is opportunity for retail to participate. I don't know what variables may be involved that could preclude one from getting involved. i.e. Minimum shares participation etc.

It is believed that the PP is going to be used for drilling.
