They had this worked out before and knew exactly what they were goign to do. They don't mind outright lying to the shareholder, its not that they think we are stupit they just don'f give a ______. They are lying through and through. The problem with managers and CEO's is that they feel they can do whatever they want with a company. Reminds me of Thatcher, thinking he was above the law. Look what that got him.
