The news release states the following:

"This private placement remains subject to all required approvals, including board and regulatory approvals."

Written by:

"ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS:

Is it a given that the board will approve this...perhaps that's why we also have this....

"Options to acquire an aggregate of 1,800,000 common shares have been granted to the six directors of Noront"
