Parden my ignorance if I am out of line here.

We won the proxy vote but because the old board had no confidence in our victory they decided 3 days before the AGM to install this composite board of the current BOD.

If the old BOD had not negotiated with Roussou and the parisites prior to the agm all would be statis quo as before the agm.

If this is a fact then all I can say is "ye of little faith"

After so many on this board stressing to keep the faith our own original BOD did not have faith in our grassroot movement to win the proxy vote.

So if I am correct all I can say "we blinked first and deserve the hand we have been dealt"and for this I blame the old BOD for not waiting for the final count.I would have rather lost the proxy vote on numbers rather then conceded a loss prior to the vote count but thats just me.

I may have the names and dates wrong in this post but in its simplest form ,is this in fact what happened?
