You and I go back a long way, and I continue to respect your point of view, while disagreeing strongly with you in this case.

I thought I was clear, but if not, the manipulation I speak of was only part of the reason for the share price decline, the rest being general market conditions.

I imagine there are very few new investors for any stock these days. If there are any for Noront, reading this board, and decide not to invest because of the "negative slant", the lost effect of their puchases would pale in comparison to the value you have/will lose as a result of the proposed PP and options.
