I agree that the PP may and probably was the most prudent action at this time especially in this market. Don’t get me wrong I am behind this BoD at this time and hope they do well. My point was more that we as owners are not privy to the basis for such decisions and as owners of the company we should be. You can bet if we were invested in a private company we would know the rationale behind company decisions. My post was not focused on Noront but more on a possible explanation for management mentality in general. . . We as owner/investors should be allowed total factual disclosure (good and bad) to allow us as Owners to make informed decisions.
