NI 43-101 Update (September 2012): 11.1 Mt @ 1.68% Ni, 0.87% Cu, 0.89 gpt Pt and 3.09 gpt Pd and 0.18 gpt Au (Proven & Probable Reserves) / 8.9 Mt @ 1.10% Ni, 1.14% Cu, 1.16 gpt Pt and 3.49 gpt Pd and 0.30 gpt Au (Inferred Resource)
It looks like the new boys have filed their options. They have six months to report any insider transactions so this one only took a week. Let's hope that any future exercising or sales are reported in a similar fashion now that they have set the bar for themselves
If you are wondering why Parisotto and Hamilton have been granted 600,000 options each, it is because they both receive 300,000 each for being a director and another 300,000 each for being an executive.
It would have been nice if they had granted the other executives like Novak, Harvey, and Feeney (among others) some of these .80 cent incentives as there old incentives are at $3 to $5. I am sure the morale around the office is high enough that this was overlooked. (sic)
Now I know that the directors have to see the share price reach certain complicated targets (120% or 125%, ...) before they can exercise the options but that does not hold true I believe for the executive (co-CEO) options. The last NR states the following:
"In addition, options to acquire an aggregate of 600,000 common shares have been granted to the interim co-CEOs, at an exercise price per share of $0.80. These options vest as to 50,000 options in the aggregate each month, for twelve months for so long as the optionee occupies the office of interim co-CEO and are exercisable, to the extent vested, until November 10, 2013." So come on boys! I know you have till November 10, 2013 to get the share price to .81 cents (in order to make a profit) but time is a wasting as your first 50K options are due to arrive December 10 and the share price is only 67 cents today.
